We’re only a few days away from Vivo launching the T2 5G series of smartphones to the world. The famous Chinese multinational company aims to continue its success in the smartphone field, and thus, the upcoming Vivo T2 and Vivo T2x will be capable of impressive features and specs.
Both Vivo T2 and T2x will feature 5G connectivity, and it couldn’t have been otherwise considering the trend of nowadays. It’s almost unimaginable in 2023 to see smartphones that do not feature 5G connectivity.
Vivo T2 will feature 64MP cameras with OIS and EIS
Thanks to the Indian online retailer known as Flipkart, there’s fresh information available regarding the cameras of the Vivo T2 series, and GSMArena has spotted it. It seems that both the Vivo T2 and T2x, or at least one of the two upcoming phones, will feature a main camera capable of 64MP, as well as OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization). These two technologies are used in cameras to reduce the blurring effects that could result in case the user doesn’t hold the smartphone in a completely steady position as he tries to take a picture or record videos.
There’s also information available regarding some other specs of the upcoming Vivo T2 series. If the leak is correct, at least one of the two phones will feature a FullHD+ AMOLED display capable of 360Hz of touch sampling rate. Also, the supposed 1,300 nits for the peak brightness clearly aren’t to be neglected, as they can always assure that a smartphone can be used with great efficiency even during the sunniest days.
Can Vivo X60 Pro be beaten?
Released two years ago, the Vivo X60 Pro is arguably the best smartphone developed by the Chinese company. It stands out for features such as 12GB of RAM, a main camera snapper of 48MP, a Snapdragon 870 chipset, and more. It will be interesting to see if any of the upcoming Vivo T2 or Vivo T2x smartphones can surpass the X60 Pro in terms of specs. However, it seems that for the moment, the Vivo T2 series will be slightly superior, at least when it comes to the cameras.
Considering that it’s 2023 out there when the world has seen the incredible features of the iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23, and other top smartphone series, we can realistically assume that Vivo plans to make more powerful smartphones in the near future than the Vivo X60 Pro. Without disrespect intended for the latter phone, we all have to realize that technology never stops evolving.
Both Vivo T2 and T2x will launch in India on April 11. Smartphones have slowly but surely become essential for the life of each and every one of us, and the Indian market is especially interested in these extremely useful gadgets.
