Step 1: Connect your iPhone with your device.
Step 2: Switch off your iPhone by holding Power button and slide to Power off.
Step 3: Press and hold the Power button for three seconds.
Step 4: Now, press and hold the Home and Power (sleep/wake) buttons together for some time (about 10 seconds).
Step 5: Then, release the Power button. But keep the Home button pressed for about 15 seconds.
Step 6: That’s it. This puts the iPhone into DFU Mode. Now, you will see the screen will become Black.
Step 7: Now, when you connect your iPhone to iTunes, a pop up will inform you that iTunes has detected an iPhone in DFU mode.
#NOTE: If you are new to it, you would have to try it a couple of times to roll a Bingo!! If you see an Apple logo displayed in your screen in the third step, it means that you need to start it again as the iPhone has booted normally.

Step 1: Just Press and Hold Home and Power buttons together for about 10-12 seconds.
Step 2: Now, release the Home button but continue pressing the Power button till Apple’s logo comes up on the screen. Your iPhone is now out of DFU Mode.
