Redmi Note 12R Could Be the First Phone Running on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Chipset

Although Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 12R Pro model this year in April, there was no standard model available. The Pro version is equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset, and a lot of folks wanted to see a standard version as well. Guess what? Their wish has been granted!

According to GSMArena, the standard Redmi Note 12R model has made its appearance on China Telecom, and it will likely carry the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset made by Qualcomm.
