We’re just about a month until EA SPORTS FC 24 launches, which will be the official continuation of the long-lasting FIFA series. The devs are not allowed to use the ‘FIFA’ brand anymore, which is why they’ve decided to opt for a different moniker. However, we can expect a lot of great features from the forthcoming football simulation game.
Mirror has discovered that the top 50 rated players in EA SPORTS FC 24 have been leaked on social media platforms, and we’re so glad to share the news!
Downgrades for Messi and Ronaldo
Ronaldo is downgraded in EA SPORTS FC to an 86 overall, which means four ratings below his status in FIFA 23. As for Lionel Messi, the Argentinian world champion is rated with 90 overall, which is still a downgrade compared to how he was rated in the previous game of the series.
Both Messi and Ronaldo were well-known as the best-rated players in many FIFA iterations, but it seems that their time has gone. With no disrespect intended for those legendary footballers, we all have to admit that they’re approaching retirement. Messi is currently 36 years old, while Ronaldo is 38. In other words, you just can’t bypass nature’s restrictions as well as those of the human body. Even so, the two superstars seem to have aged like wine. Messi won the FIFA World Cup with the Argentinian National Team last year after a beautiful final against France. As for Ronaldo, he’s still a key player for his new team, Al Nassr, as well as for the Portuguese National Team.
