Apple Admits the Existence of a Display Bug for iPhone 14 Pro and Promises a Fix

Ladies and gentlemen, gather ’round, because there is some shocking news to share with you: the almighty iPhone 14, that shiny, sleek, and oh-so-desirable device that we all know and love, isn’t perfect. That’s right, you’ve read that correctly, the iPhone 14, while still being the best smartphone money can buy, has its own set of quirks and peculiarities, and one of them has been causing quite a frustration among users.

Imagine this: you’re scrolling through your Instagram feed, double-tapping all the way, when suddenly, your phone starts to act up, behaving like a diva on a red carpet, refusing to obey your commands. You try to swipe, tap and pinch to zoom, but it’s like trying to train a wild bear to do a cartwheel.

That’s not what some iPhone 14 users had to go through, thankfully. But their issue might be even more annoying. It may ultimately depend on each person’s desires.

iPhone 14 Pro bug causes horizontal lines on the display

The new piece of information shared by MacRumors might make you do a double-take, and it’s not just because of the green and yellow horizontal lines that have been popping up on some iPhone 14 Pro screens. A growing number of users have been reporting a peculiar issue with their devices, where, upon turning on or unlocking their iPhones, strange and mysterious green and yellow lines appear on the screen, like an alien invasion.

Now, before you panic and start stocking up on tin foil hats, let me assure you that this issue is not causing any harm to the user experience, and the lines disappear as quickly as they appeared during the startup process. It’s more like a strange and fleeting glitch, like a ghost in the machine.

Apple admits the issue and wants to fix it

The tech giant, Apple, has acknowledged that the strange and peculiar glitch has been plaguing some iPhone 14 Pro users, where green and yellow horizontal lines appear on the screen. But, have no fear, Apple is on the case like a superhero, and they have promised to release a software update to fix this issue. So, we can expect a solution soon, whether it be in the form of a small patch, like a band-aid for your phone, or as a part of the upcoming iOS 16.3 update, which is currently being put through its paces by Apple and public beta program members.

Otherwise, it’s hard for any other smartphone out there to be considered better than iPhone 14. Apple’s latest flagship stands out for a few strong reasons, such as the implementation of the A16 Bionic chipset, the superior cameras, the Emergency SOS feature, and more.

In other words, Apple is working hard to fix this issue, and your iPhone 14 Pro will be back to normal in no time!
